If your site uses the plugin WordPress Multi-Language (commonly known as WPML), you can now configure just about all of your registration features to use multiple languages. See our guide for more information on getting up and running.
Also new in version 2.9 is the ability for members of your site to view events they have registered for on the front end of your site in a simple list. Use the shortcode [[rtec-my-events]] on any page to use this feature. Your members will see a list of upcoming events he or she has registered for when they are logged-in to your site. You can include past events by adding the setting “past=true” to the shortcode.
Additional user capabilities are introduced in version 2.9 with plans to fully implement them in version 2.11. See this page for more information on what is possible.
There were also a few additional features added in this update.
- Display an attendance count above the form and below the title wherever the event is listed. Enable this on the “Form” tab.
- A PHP filter was added to modify email headers “rtec_email_headers”. This can be useful for custom email routing.
- Some UI improvements including hints and explanations of how some features work.
