You can assign privileges to use different features of Registrations for the Events Calendar Pro through WordPress’ user roles and capabilities features. See our breakdown of these different privileges below:
edit_others_rtec_forms
Note: In versions prior to 2.11, this capability is covered by edit_others_tribe_events
Users with this privilege can view, edit, and use all forms created for Registrations for the Events Calendar. By default, administrators and editors have this privilege.
edit_rtec_forms
Note: In versions prior to 2.11, this capability is covered by edit_others_tribe_events
Users with this privilege can view, edit, and use forms that were created by this user. They can also use non-private forms created by others. By default authors have this privilege.
edit_others_rtec_fields
Note: In versions prior to 2.11, this capability is covered by edit_others_tribe_events
Users with this privilege can view, edit, and use all fields created for Registrations for the Events Calendar. By default, administrators and editors have this privilege.
edit_rtec_fields
Note: In versions prior to 2.11, this capability is covered by edit_others_tribe_events
Users with this privilege can view, edit, and use fields that were created by this user. They can also use non-private fields created by others. By default authors have this privilege.
edit_others_rtec_registrations
Note: In versions prior to 2.11, this capability is covered by edit_others_tribe_events
Users with this privilege can view, edit, and use all registrations created for Registrations for the Events Calendar. By default, administrators and editors have this privilege.
edit_rtec_registrations
Note: In versions prior to 2.11, this capability is available to all authors
Users with this privilege can view, edit, and remove registrations for events that were created by this user.

Email message capabilities are similar to regular “posts”. By default, admin and editor users have the following capabilities:
